We grow over 100 different products here at Masifio, and supply private customers, supermarkets, restaurants and resorts all over Tanzania. Our refrigerated truck travels overnight from Iringa for deliveries in Morogoro on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Ordering a box for collection at Alliance One
ORDERING: Once we have set up an account for you, you will have access to our online ordering system, which shows all our available products as well as prices. We update the availability list and schedule deliveries for the following week every Wednesday. When we do this, you will automatically receive an email with a link to the ordering page for each delivery. Follow the link, and place your order, easy.
COLLECTION: Our truck drops the boxes for Morogoro at the gate of Alliance One Tobacco in Kingolwira early every Tuesday and Friday morning, so collection should be arranged from there as early as possible. Please double check the name on your box or boxes, as well as the number of boxes, to ensure that you receive your full order.
DELIVERY DAYS: Tuesdays and Fridays.
PAYMENT: Private customers pay in advance by making a down payment for 1-2 month's worth of orders at a time. This payment then goes as a credit on your account and orders are deducted from your balance.
Credit terms for commercial customers are available.
