We grow over 100 different products here at Masifio, and supply private customers, supermarkets, restaurants and resorts all over Tanzania. Our refrigerated truck travels overnight from Iringa to catch the first Coastal flights to Zanzibar every Tuesday and Friday morning. Ordering online for collection at Zanfresh Supermarket
ORDERING: Once we have set up an account for you, you will have access to our online ordering system, which shows all our available products as well as prices. We update the availability list and schedule deliveries for the following week every Wednesday. When we do this, you will automatically receive an email with a link to the ordering page for each delivery. Follow the link, and place your order, easy.
PAYMENT: Private customers pay in advance by making a down payment for 1-2 month's worth of orders at a time. This payment then goes as a credit on your account and orders are deducted from your balance.
Credit terms for commercial customers are available.
We have the following payment options; ABSA TZS and USD accounts, CRDB TZS account, M-pesa and Airtel money. For more details on how payments work please follow the link below.
DELIVERY DAYS: Tuesdays and Fridays.
COLLECTION: Your boxes will be dropped at Zanfresh. The boxes are normally ready for collection from 11 a.m. Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please double check the name on your box or boxes, as well as the number of boxes, to ensure that you receive your full order.
